Our journey started as LifeSpring Consultancy Limited, a novel venture aiming to fill in the nearly non-existent field of mental health and wellness in Bangladesh. We soon came to understand that it requires a multifaceted approach to have an impact. Which gave birth to the LifeSpring Well-being Foundation in January 2023. It is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the healthcare ecosystem and the well-being of all community members, especially those who are marginalized or underserved. The foundation focuses on providing access to integrated healthcare to rural communities that lack modern healthcare facilities, promoting education for disadvantaged children, and aiding in humanitarian crisis.
Well-Being Club
LifeSpring Well-being Club is a student-led club model for schools and universities supported by LifeSpring Well-being Foundation. The club’s unique model offers a range of empowering and educational activities that benefit the student body, the faculty, and the community at large. The club has expert-guided voluntary activities and workshops, including organizing health weeks (e.g., Anti-Bullying Week, Mental Health Week, Nutrition & Exercise Week, Sexual Health Week), fundraising events for charitable causes, and volunteering at health drives. The club also offers subsidized rates for health consultations and online courses at LifeSpring, special classes or workshops under the university curriculum, and free access to an emergency health helpline service for physical and mental health emergencies.
